ob Summary: Casino Rama Facilities and Project Management is an integral part in the successful operation of Casino Rama. Working as a team, they ensure that all maintenance is performed as well as manage the projects that have brought Casino Rama to be the magnificent structure it is today. Responsibilities: Participate in shift rotations to supervise maintenance personnel for the 24/7operation of the complete facility including HVAC plant, building systems, grounds and food and beverage related equipment Supervise and coordinate a team of multi-skilled / trades maintenance personnel to ensure work assignments are prioritized and complete in a timely manner at acceptable quality and performance/productivity standards Complete hands on duties including equipment repairs, regular inspection rounds, tests and logs and utilize the building automation system to ensure that all building systems are functioning safely and efficiently within established parameters Investigate priority service requests and communicate repair status with requesting requests Managers, Supervisors & staff and others as required. Perform assigned preventative maintenance tasks and ensure that proper documentation is entered into the Preventive Maintenance / Work Order System Report all incomplete work orders to the Facilities Manager / Assistant Manager Responsible for controlling all Department equipment, tools and supplies during their shift Complete Shift Log Book and Log Sheets and is responsible for passing all relevant information that impacts on the safe and efficient operation of the facility onto the next Shift Engineer and / or Facilities Manager Perform quality checks to ensure that work assignments issued to crew during their shift are completed to customer’s satisfaction and to the performance and safety standards of Casino Rama Adhere to Department’s and Casino Rama’s established policies, procedures, objectives, quality assurance and safety guidelines Initiate and coordinate contract service personnel including issuing PO’s and coordinating service reports. Perform all other duties as assigned by management Qualifications: Must have any one or more of the following qualifications: Minimum 2 years’ experience in a Supervisory capacity in the plant maintenance field (preferably in a Hospitality or Healthcare setting) Inter-provincial Plumber, Millwright, Machinist, Maintenance Mechanic Electrician or Refrigeration Mechanic License

Duties & Responsibilities: 1. Prepares or reviews posting of daily standard income journals. 2. Reviews detailed tie-outs and reconciliations to ensure all revenue and associated transactions are recorded appropriately. 3. Prepares or reviews and posts General Ledger entries. 4. Prepares or reviews General Ledger reconciliations. 5. Ensures adjustments to the revenue audit worksheets are made by the Revenue Audit Supervisor(s). 6. Supports external and Gaming Commission audit requests. 7. Supports Gaming Departments and Revenue Audit Team through problem resolution and provides leadership/guidance to the Revenue Auditors. 8. Responsible for continuous process improvement; incorporating automation where possible, ensuring efficiencies and a properly controlled operational environment. 9. Prepares, analyzes and distributes review notes for monthly financial statements/budget variance reports for designated funds in a timely manner. Ensures all review notes are cleared prior to distribution of the monthly financial statements/budget variance reports. 10. Supports the Revenue Audit Team in the creation and maintenance of General Operating Procedures for areas of responsibility. 11. Performs system testing as required and incorporates any new processes into the revenue audit General Operating Procedures. Is an integral part of all new projects by supporting revenue audit related questions, performing tie out of testing data, and ensuring overall internal control and financial reporting standards are met. 12. Makes recommendations to the Accounting Manager regarding analysis completed on any account. 13. Accurately and effectively completes normal job duties in a minimal amount of time and is able to assist the Accounting Manager with special projects or requests. Minimum Qualifications: 1. Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Business Administration with concentration in Accounting required. 2. Five years of general ledger and financial accounting experience required. 3. Strong leadership, analytical and problem solving skills. 4. Previous supervisory experience preferred. 5. Previous experience in public accounting preferred. 6. Must have excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills. 7. Must have experience with Microsoft Office (i.e. intermediate spreadsheet knowledge) and prefer proficiency with Infinium software. 8. Professional Certification – CPA or CMA preferred.

JOB SUMMARY: Responsible for the performance of financial, operational, and regulatory audits and other assistance/duties as necessary. ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: • Proficiency with internal control concepts and established analytical skills will be necessary for the appropriate performance of field work. • Applying superior communication skills to various levels of client auditees. • Handling multiple tasks simultaneously, while paying attention to details. • Maintaining appropriate knowledge of all applicable regulations, compliance requirements, legal issues, etc. as necessary. • Exercising discretion in the review of records, situations, information, etc. to ensure confidentiality of all matters subjected to. • Assisting with coordination activities with the public accountants to enhance audit efficiencies. • All other duties as assigned. EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS/REQUIREMENTS: 1-3 years experience with a background in Sarbanes-Oxley, financial, operational, and regulatory gaming auditing preferred. Computer literacy with proficiency in Word and Excel preferred. Must be able to stand/walk/ sit for extended periods. May be exposed to working in a noisy, smoke/secondary smoke environment. Must be at least 21. Must be able to obtain and maintain appropriate licensing. Must be able to pass a background investigation. EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS: Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, or closely related business field. Certification (CIA, CPA) would be considered a plus.
